My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable with nice amenities, although some furniture seemed mismatched. On the bright side, I enjoyed a great coffee in the morning. The service was professional and friendly, but I found items left in the fridge from a prior guest. The location was very convenient, close to Hershey attractions. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with lukewarm coffee and a limited breakfast selection.
